DeedScanner app for iPhone and iPad

The DeedScanner app allows the attorney / attorney representative to instantly communicate progress updates of transactions in the Deeds Office. The user will scan or manually enter a barcode to retrieve the details from the e4 Deeds application. The app will then display a summary view of the transaction details linked the barcode. Successfully retrieved transactions will allow the user the capability to submit a status change on single or multiple transactions, these status changes will be immediately updated on the relevant transaction on the e4 Deeds application. The user can also update any transactional Deeds Office Fees and take images of the file or rejection notes. The Deeds Office Fee and images are uploaded to the specific transaction linked to the barcode that was scanned or manually entered.
